The Team that make it all happen
The heart and soul of this place are the people who work
here. Would you believe that some of the very first people
who worked here nearly 55 years ago still come back to help
out on occasion?
When wedding guests come to West Clare, they want a warm
West Clare welcome and we nurture this. The culture here is
that we are all in this together. We choose not to use the
terms 8staff9 and 8management9, as if to signify importance in
the organisation. Everyone9s role is critical to a wedding day.
No one person is more important than any other, that9s our
culture. We train, develop, and promote at every
opportunity. We take a holistic approach to our team9s time
here, with our Wellness Programme leading the way in the
industry. It includes activities such as gardening, surfing,
running, football, knitting, mindfulness, healthy eating, and
a range of cultural and social events on our weekly schedule.
This results in an energetic, warm, and welcoming team ,
from the full-time wedding co-ordinators, who will be your
main point of contact pre-wedding, to the 250 or so team
members who make it all happen and who are genuinely
happy to be here, and are very happy to look after you and
your guests.
